Francia reta a la violencia y el terror urbano con videovigilancia masiva y aviones espía mientras que nadie se pregunta por las facilidades de acción de ETA en St Étienne, villa que fuera plaza famosa de la razón de armas GIAT/NEXTER y posible capital europea de la cultura 2013, hecho a decidir el próximo 15 de noviembre.
Al tiempo, nos calentamos como alguaciles aldeanos discutiendo simplemente sobre lindes para consolidar puesto en las listas cara a las elecciones generales. Me pregunto a qué ciudad votaremos el próximo 15 de noviembre ya citado.
Siendo así sobre lo nuestro inmediato, nos permitimos ignorar que en otras partes los calentamientos revisten carácter de extrema gravedad ética y práctica. Así,

Javier SOLANA, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), is deeply concerned at the deterioration of relations between the North and the South of Sudan and made the following statement:
"I am deeply concerned at the deterioration of relations between the North and the South of Sudan and the recent announcement made by the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) to suspend its participation in the Government of National Unity, which is one of the fundamental achievements of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
The European Union is deeply attached to the unity of Sudan and strongly supports the CPA. At this critical moment, when the European Union is about to launch a military operation in Chad and the Central African Republic and the Hybrid Force is being put in place in order to bring peace and stability back to Darfur, I call on the parties to fully implement, with the support of the international community, the provisions of the Agreement, which is of fundamental importance for the future of Sudan."

Conviene seguir la evolución de la Fuerza Híbrida, también llamada UNAMID, gestionada por la Unión Africana bajo mandato de la ONU con apoyo de la OTAN y la Unión Europea.
